Job SummaryLead the creation and execution of visual design across print, digital, and multimedia platforms, ensuring brand consistency and mentoring junior designers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop original concepts, graphics, layouts, and visual content for print and digital media.
- Lead design projects from concept to delivery, managing timelines and resources.
- Review and approve designs from junior designers or contractors.
- Maintain brand integrity and quality across all visual communications.
- Present design concepts to clients or stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
- Mentor junior designers and share best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- 5–8 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Strong portfolio across print, digital, and multimedia platforms.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Strong communication, time management, and mentorship skills.
