Our Customer Service Agent - Dispatcher plays a vital part in daily efficiency and long-term customer satisfaction, making a tangible impact every day! Following our call scripts, you ll answer inbound phone calls, make outbound calls, and schedule appointments for service and maintenance jobs. You ll accurately record customer information, answer any questions, and then dispatch technicians accordingly. If a customer is upset for any reason, you ll address their concerns and do what you can to make things right.
Always respectful and professional, you ll make follow-up phone calls before maintenance program visits and make outbound calls to track down more jobs during slow periods. By collaborating with our dispatch team, participating in meetings and technical trainings, and performing additional administrative duties as needed, you ll grow your knowledge and help our business thrive!
CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT - DISPATCHER SCHEDULEYou ll work in our office from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday

- Computer proficiency and accurate data entry skills
- Clear, effective, and professional English communication skills
- Ability to follow scripts in a conversational manner
- Positive attitude with a winning mindset
Experience using Service Titan would be a bonus! You ll also need to be able to meet these targets:
- Converting 90% of incoming phone calls into scheduled appointments
- Booking 80% of the next day s service calls and 100% of the next day s maintenance calls
- Addressing and resolving 100% of customers concerns and complaints
