Senior Client Service Specialist

We’re hiring a Senior Client Service Specialist on behalf of our client — a growing wealth management firm in the Philadelphia suburbs supporting high-net-worth individuals and business owners

This is a true client service role for someone who thrives on ownership, precision, and delivering an exceptional client experience.

• Own the full client service lifecycle — onboarding, account maintenance, money movement, and documentation
• Act as the primary liaison between advisors, custodians, and centralized operations
• Be the final line of defense before anything goes to the client
• Work in a highly collaborative, in-office environment with direct access to leadership
• Step into a senior seat with real accountability and long-term stability

• 7+ years of client service experience in RIA / wealth management
• Deep hands‑on experience with account opening, transfers, wires, and custodial platforms
• Proven ability to support HNW clients with complex account structures
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and confident prioritizing in a fast‑paced environment
• Someone committed to client service as a career path (not an advisor‑track role)
