Greg Rautzhan State Farm Agency, proudly serving the Shoemakersville, PA community since 1994, is looking for a friendly and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team.

What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

• Assist customers with questions about their policies and coverage

• Provide helpful, accurate, and friendly service

• Support policy updates, billing questions, and basic account needs

• Help customers understand their insurance options

• Build positive relationships with new and existing customers

• Work closely with a small, team-oriented office
