Extended Stay - - Responsibilities:
Assist guests, answer phones, check guests in and out, and collecting payment in accordance with company guidelines and procedures;
Resolve guest issues through the Make it Right process;
Maintain front desk and lobby areas in compliance with company standards;
Process reservations and payments and strive to convert inquiries into reservations and occupied rooms;
Cross-train in housekeeping and laundry as needed
