Hyper Wellness Representative

Welcome clients, promote memberships, support core wellness services, and ensure every guest has an exceptional experience.

Key responsibilities include:

• Greet clients, conduct tours, and deliver a best-in-class service experience.
• Educate clients on Restore's therapies and their wellness benefits.
• Drive membership and retail sales to meet studio goals.
• Manage bookings, client onboarding, and general studio operations.
• Support marketing events and outreach efforts.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

Requirements include:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• 1+ years of sales experience.
• Experience in a membership–based sales role within health/wellness/fitness industry preferred.

Skills and abilities:

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong teamwork mentality.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Demonstrate initiative and ability to work independently.

Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour.
