• Welcome clients and patients warmly, providing a positive first impression
• Answer phones, respond to emails, and schedule appointments efficiently
• Assist with check‑ins and check‑outs
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all client information is up‑to‑date
• Help manage a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
