Lincare - - Responsibilities:
Supervise all Customer Service personnel within the CSC following management procedures;
Assist in training of new hires and existing staff as applicable;
Monitor flow of orders to and from the Customer Service Department;
Monitor calls to ensure proper telephone techniques used by CS personnel;
Read and analyze patient orders and comprehend pharmacy terminology as applicable
