Job Summary
We are seeking a Support Specialist to join our team and provide technical support, and problem‑solving solutions to our customers. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service and troubleshooting skills and is able to provide timely and efficient resolutions to customer inquiries.
Responsibilities- Provide customer service and technical support via telephone, email, and chat
- Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues
- Collect customer feedback and provide product and service information
- Maintain customer records and follow up on requests/issues
- Document customer interactions and provide reports
- Monitor customer service metrics and maintain standards
- Develop and maintain customer relationships
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
- Previous customer service or technical support experience
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
- Able to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in MS Office
- Knowledge of customer service best practices
- Able to learn quickly and adapt to changing strategies and processes
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
