Responsibilities
- Provide customers with a hassle-free experience related to orders, inquiries, complaints, and other requests.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers that strengthens our partnership with them.
- Drive team goals by meeting individual metrics, while actively supporting continuous improvement efforts.
- Handle all customer needs in a timely and professional manner.
- Enter all orders accurately and timely to achieve team goals.
- Document customer interactions accurately and completely in CRM.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors.
- High School diploma
- Minimum of two years Customer Service experience
- Excellent Verbal/Written Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Problem Solving and Logic Skills
- Time management and organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team
- Proficiency using Microsoft office products
