Overview

First Keystone Community Bank is looking to add a new positive team player to our Brodheadsville location. Join a friendly, customer service-oriented team with a proud tradition of serving our local communities for over 165 years.

• Provide a pleasant and efficient banking experience to customers with a focus on quality service and attention to detail.
• Assist customers with teller transactions and related banking needs; identify opportunities to refer customers to other team members for additional services.
• Participate in cash handling and daily banking operations as part of a retail/sales-oriented role.
• Support a positive, customer-focused environment and contribute to team goals.

• Retail or sales-minded individual with emphasis on quality customer service.
• Attention to detail and the ability to identify customer needs beyond normal teller transactions.
• Previous experience with cash handling or customer service is preferred.
• Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with customers.
