This individual will serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service while assisting with inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, accounts, and company policies
• Assist Spanish-speaking and English-speaking customers with professionalism and empathy
• Research and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner
• Document customer interactions and update records within company systems
