Guest Services Leader

Pilot Flying J is seeking a Guest Services Leader for our transportation-focused travel center. In this fast-paced, people-first role, you'll lead front-line team members to deliver safe, friendly, and efficient service to professional drivers and travelers. Responsibilities include supervising cashiers and attendants, ensuring clean and well-stocked facilities, handling guest issues, and supporting food, fuel, and parking operations. You'll train and coach staff, uphold safety and hospitality standards, and model our values of integrity, teamwork, and diversity while helping guests stay on the road with confidence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support front-line team members to deliver excellent guest service
• Supervise daily operations at the travel center, including cash handling and POSMaintain clean, safe, and well-stocked facilities for guests and drivers
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
• Train, coach, and mentor new and existing team members
• Support food, fuel, and parking operations to meet company standards
• Monitor and enforce safety, security, and compliance procedures
• Assist with shift scheduling and basic staffing coordination
• Complete basic reports and communicate issues to management
• Promote a people-first, inclusive, and team-oriented culture
