FT Customer Service Representative

Full-Time:
Starting at $12 per hour. Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months after the first year, based on anniversary date. Monday through Friday 5am to 1pm.

• Provide a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and record amenities usage.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system.
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to active and new members.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment.
