Cashier, Customer Service​/HelpDesk

The Parking Spot is seeking a friendly Cashier to deliver fast, accurate checkout experiences for guests using our near-airport parking services. You'll process payments, handle cash and credit transactions, validate tickets, and provide receipts while answering basic questions about shuttles, rates, and reservations. You'll greet guests, provide clear directions, and resolve simple issues with professionalism. This role requires attention to detail, reliability, basic computer and POS skills, and a commitment to hospitality in a busy, transportation-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet arriving and departing guests in a friendly, professional manner
• Operate POS systems to process cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately
• Validate parking tickets and apply appropriate rates, discounts, or validations
• Issue receipts and provide clear explanations of charges
• Handle and reconcile cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts
• Respond to guest questions about shuttles, rates, reservations, and directions
• Resolve minor billing or ticket issues and escalate complex concerns as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized cashier station and follow security procedures
• Follow company policies for cash handling, refunds, and safety
• Support a hospitality-driven culture focused on reliable, consistent service
