• The Customer Service Representative will enter customer orders accurately into Net Suite.
• Answer incoming customer calls and provide exceptional service.
• Make outbound calls regarding orders and customer inquiries.
• Process and maintain accurate customer information and records.
• The Customer Service Representative will perform basic data entry and simple Excel tasks.
• Provide administrative support to multiple departments as needed.
• The Customer Service Representative will assist with general office duties and special projects.
• Maintain accuracy while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous customer service, order entry, or administrative experience.
• Experience using Net Suite or a similar ERP system.
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong communication, organization, and data entry skills.
• Ability to efficiently talk with customers while entering information accurately into the system.
• Comfortable working in a small, collaborative office environment with a hands-on team.
