Location: Jeffersonville
Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Billing Customer Service Representative II - Bilingual (English/Spanish) to help members make informed health decisions, guiding them to the right care the first time and handling up to 70 calls daily with empathy.
This full-time role requires completing a training program and working 9-hour shifts between 8:30 AM and 8:00 PM ET, Monday to Friday. Starting pay is $17.20+ per hour, with potential annual bonuses based on performance.
