Customer Service Concierge – Skilled Nursing

$18–$21/hour | Full-Time

We are seeking a Customer Service Concierge who is passionate about helping people and creating a positive experience for residents and their families.

This is a people-focused, face-to-face customer service role
. The Concierge serves as a friendly point of contact, listens to concerns, helps solve problems, and follows through to ensure residents and families feel heard, supported, and valued.

• Welcome new residents and families and help create a positive admission experience
• Build relationships and regularly check in with residents
• Listen to concerns and work with the appropriate team to resolve issues
• Think creatively and outside the box to find solutions
• Follow up to ensure concerns are resolved before they become complaints
• Support a positive admission, stay, and discharge experience
• Help identify and share resident success stories and positive experiences

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in a face-to-face customer service role
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Comfortable handling challenging situations and conversations
• Strong problem-solving and follow-through skills
• Positive, friendly, and approachable personality
• Ability to take ownership and find solutions

Healthcare experience is a plus but not required. We are especially interested in candidates with backgrounds in hospitality, customer service, retail, banking, hotels, restaurants, patient experience, sales, or other positions where creating a positive customer experience was a priority.
