What You'll Do- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, caregivers, referral sources, and healthcare providers.
- Assist customers in person and over the phone with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
- Process orders accurately while maintaining patient information within company systems.
- Verify insurance eligibility and assist with obtaining required authorizations.
- Collect and review documentation to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and exceptional service.
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Team-oriented mindset and strong work ethic.
- Previous customer service or healthcare experience is preferred but not required.
- Monday-Friday daytime schedule with evenings and weekends off.

Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent (college credits or degree preferred).
- Prior experience with insurance verification and prior authorizations.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, physiology, and anatomy is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Outlook and Internet applications.
- A self-motivated individual with a keen attention to detail and problem-solving skills
