MI Windows & Doors, Gratz, PA Compensation Range: $17.20 - $20.00 per hour

Work Hours:

Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Hours may vary)
Overtime:
Mandatory overtime as business needs requires

Job Summary The Inside Sales Representative serves as the primary point of contact for assigned MI Dealer accounts, delivering exceptional customer service while managing orders and supporting business growth. This role is responsible for building strong customer relationships, processing orders accurately, resolving issues efficiently, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while providing outstanding support to customers and business partners.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for assigned customer accounts, managing orders and inquiries with professionalism and responsiveness.

Respond to customer calls and emails, providing accurate product, pricing, and order information.

Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely order entry.

Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments to resolve order-related questions and issues.

Expedite special orders and coordinate activities to meet customer delivery requirements.

Communicate updates regarding products, procedures, pricing, and market changes to customers.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to support long-term business success.

Monitor customer needs and proactively identify solutions to enhance service.

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to customer interactions and orders.

Perform administrative and clerical duties as required.

Support departmental initiatives and perform additional duties as assigned.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required.
2 to 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a business-to-business or enterprise customer environment.

Inside sales, order management, account management, or customer support experience preferred.

Experience working with manufacturing, construction, building products, or related industries is a plus.

Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and build customer relationships.

Basic computer proficiency and experience using business software applications.

Job Specific Requirements Ability to work onsite at the Gratz, PA facility.

Ability to sit and utilize a computer and telephone for extended periods throughout the workday.

Ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and business partners.

Ability to meet departmental performance expectations and customer service standards.

Flexibility to work additional hours as business needs require.
