Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Dental Hygiene Instructor to educate, mentor, and prepare students for successful careers in dental hygiene. The ideal candidate is passionate about teaching, committed to student success, and excels at maintaining structured, compliant, and engaging learning environments.
Qualifications- Must be a licensed dental hygienist
- Professional experience necessary to understand and fulfill the program goals
- At least 5 years in the field
- Minimum required clinical experience (per state/accreditation guidelines)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities while meeting deadlines
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and student development
- Prior teaching or training experience preferred but not required
