Dutiesand Responsibilities
- Assist in routine and advanced dental procedures including but not limited to implants, full-arch restorations, and surgical dentistry.
- Support the dentist during IV sedation and monitor patient response to manage complex procedural dynamics effectively.
- Execute endodontic treatments and single-visit root canal + crown procedures with precision.
- Participate in the fabrication and processing of same-day crowns, including design, staining, glazing, and 3D printing.
- Utilize advanced digital lab systems such as Exocad to enhance procedural efficiency and outcome.
- Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness and sterilization of tools and work environment.
- Develop and maintain effective communication with the rest of the clinical team to ensure high-quality patient care and workflow efficiency.
- Participate in continuous professional development to stay abreast of the latest advancements in dental technology and procedures.
- Certification from an accredited dental assistant program preferred but not required.
- Proven experience as a dental assistant; experience with high-level dentistry operations is a plus.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations in the dental office (OSHA, CDC guidelines).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work harmoniously in a team environment.

- High level of manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality of work.
- Flexibility with hours and willingness to commit to a full-time schedule as specified (Mon 7:30–5, Tue 7:30–5, Wed 7:30–7, Thu 10:30–7).
