The Verber Dental Group is seeking a Full-Time Endodontic Dental Assistant to join our team at the Dental Specialty Center in Enola. As a key member of our endodontic team, you will play a vital role in supporting root canal and specialty procedures, delivering high-quality clinical care, and ensuring an outstanding experience for every patient. Schedule: Monday-Thursday
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the endodontist during root canal and specialty procedures
- Prepare and set up operatories with instruments, materials, and equipment
- Take and record medical histories, vital signs, and complete dental charting
- Take digital radiographs and intraoral photos
- Take dental impressions using appropriate trays and materials
- Support patients before, during, and after procedures, ensuring comfort and safety
- Explain procedures and provide reassurance to patients throughout treatment
- Pass instruments, suction, mix materials, and assist chairside as needed
- Monitor patient well‑being and comfort during procedures
- Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control standards
- Order and manage clinical supplies
- Provide support in sterile processing and clinical areas
- Assist with scheduling and patient flow as needed

- Endodontic experience preferred
- Current Pennsylvania X-ray License
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude that help put patients at ease
- Knowledge of and adherence to OSHA, HIPAA, and Infection Control protocols
- Prior experience using dental software, including Open Dental
