About the Role

As an Associate Dentist, you’ll provide comprehensive dental care while building long-term relationships with patients and helping them achieve healthier, more confident smiles.

We’re looking for someone who combines strong clinical skills with warmth, empathy, and excellent communication. The ideal candidate is motivated, team-oriented, and passionate about delivering high-quality dentistry with integrity.

Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnoses
  • Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient goals and needs
  • Provide restorative, preventive, and cosmetic dental services
  • Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
  • Deliver exceptional patient experiences through clear communication and compassionate care
  • Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation
  • Collaborate closely with hygienists, assistants, and administrative team members
  • Uphold high standards of clinical quality and professionalism

Qualifications
  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
  • Active state dental license (or eligibility for licensure)
  • Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to patient-centered, ethical dentistry
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
  • New graduates and experienced dentists are encouraged to apply
