Traveling Registered Dental Hygienist

Overview

We seek a Dental Hygienist to join our growing team. This role supports our mission to provide high‑quality, affordable dental care with a strong focus on pediatric patients.

Pay range $45–55 per hour, negotiable based on experience. Sign‑on bonuses: up to $10,000 for full‑time and $5,000 for part‑time. Compensation includes bi‑weekly uncapped production bonuses and monthly office performance bonuses.

• Deliver direct dental care and associated services under the general supervision of a dentist.
• Perform scaling and prophylaxis, take X‑rays, apply sealants and fluoride, and related procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and offer Same‑Day Care opportunities.
• Educate patients and parents in oral hygiene instruction.
• Assess dental conditions, review medical history, and maintain accurate charts.
• Adhere to all government regulations and company standards.
• Guide parents and patients through the entire treatment process.
• Assist with dental and perio charting and document X‑rays in patient charts.

• Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing.
• CPR (BLS) certification from the ARC or AHA, including hands‑on skill assessment (required upon hire).
