Blue Jay Dental is seeking a highly motivated, skilled, and personable Associate Dentist to join a well-established practice in Tannersville, PA, on a full-time or part-time basis. The ideal candidate will prioritize patient care, have a compassionate and confident bedside manner, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. Our client has a highly profitable PPO and FFS practice, offering excellent earning potential and a supportive work environment.
About the Practice:
- In business for over 50 years
- Drs. in practice: 2 | Hygienists: 4
- Dr. chairs: 3 | Hygiene chairs: 4
- 90% PPO, 10% FFS patient base
- Fully digital, upgraded technology including Trios 3, Rotary Wave One, Overjet, and Digital X-Ray system
- Schedule:
Full-time (Monday to Thursday) or part-time (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday) - Specialty work in office:
Endodontics, cosmetic, and surgical dentistry - Average new patients/month: 15-20
Compensation:
- Salary range between $200K - $350K, based on experience and collections
- Strong minimum guarantee and percentage of collections
- CE allowance
- Malpractice insurance coverage
- Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) eligibility, and other voluntary benefits (subject to eligibility)

Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of clinical experience preferred
- Current active dental license in PA, in good standing
- Highly proficient in all aspects of general dentistry, including fillings, crowns, bridges, dentures, and more
- Endodontic, surgical, and cosmetic dentistry experience preferred
- GPR or AEGD preferred
- Desire and willingness to continue to learn and improve
