Traveling Registered Dental Hygienist

Overview

Pay range $45-55 per hour negotiable depending on experience. Up to $10,000 sign-on or relocation bonus for full-time and $5,000 for part-time. Benefits, 401(k), PTO, continuing education credits, flexible schedules.

Competitive compensation includes a bi-weekly uncapped production bonus opportunity and monthly bonuses based on office performance.

Continuing education: hygiene employees with one year employment may seek reimbursement up to $250 per year. • Deliver direct patient care under the general supervision of a dentist.
• Provide quality and compassionate care to every patient.
• Perform scaling, prophylaxis, x‑rays, application of sealants and fluoride, and related procedures.
• Offer same-day care opportunities.
• Educate patients and parents in oral hygiene instruction.
• Assess dental conditions and review medical history.
• Adhere to all government regulations and company standards.
• Guide parents and patients through treatment process.
• Assist with dental and perio charting when necessary.
• Take x‑rays and save into patient charts when necessary.
• Provide memorable patient experiences with compassion.

• Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing.
• CPR (BLS) from the ARC or AHA, including hands‑on skill assessment (required upon hire).
• Experience working with children (70% or more of patient base).
