Associate Dentist

to join our practice in Erie, PA. Whether you're an experienced dentist or a recent graduate looking for mentorship, you'll have the support, technology, and patient flow needed to succeed from day one.

Compensation

Base salary of $200,000+ annually

Earn up to $700,000 annually

based on production

What You'll Do

Perform comprehensive exams and develop treatment plans

Provide restorative dentistry, including crowns, bridges, and fillings

Perform simple extractions

Educate patients on oral health and treatment options

Collaborate with specialists for implant, endodontic, and complex surgical cases Schedule

Full-time Monday–Thursday with optional Fridays8:00 AM–4:00 PM or 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Qualifications

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school

Active Pennsylvania dental license or eligibility for licensure

Excellent communication and patient care skills

Commitment to providing high-quality dentistry
