CompensationBase Salary: $62,000+ based on experience Additional $3,000 increase after obtaining Public Health Hygienist certification
ScheduleMonday, Wednesday & Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Tuesday: 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM Friday: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM No weekends required
RoleApply sealants and fluoride treatments to support preventative dental care Remove tartar, stains, and plaque from teeth Assess oral health conditions and communicate findings to dentists Maintain accurate documentation and patient treatment plans Educate patients on preventative oral health and hygiene practices

Requirements Clear and active Pennsylvania Dental Hygienist license REQUIRED Experience applying sealants and fluoride treatments REQUIRED Ability to assess oral health and communicate findings effectively REQUIRED Strong patient-centered communication skills REQUIRED Experience documenting patient care and treatment plans REQUIRED Preventative and community-focused care approach preferred
