360° business support, including a dedicated Operations Director who handles the non-clinical side of running a practice

Consult, diagnose, plan, and provide care in a removable prosthetic and implant-focused practice
Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
Provide removable prosthetic and extraction services, including all related clinical steps
Collaborate with the on-site lab to design dentures and partials
Offer a full range of tooth replacement options: removable, fixed, and implant-based
Lead and mentor a team of clinical and non-clinical staff
Stay current on developments in dentistry through structured continuing education
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Surgical experience with complex cases strongly preferred
Implant experience preferred, not required
Compassionate, patient-focused provider with strong chairside manner
Genuine passion for dentistry, both clinical and non-clinical
Compensation: $250,000 – $650,000 / year
