EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- DDS or DMD from an accredited university, active PA license in good standing, and
- active/in process DEA license
- GPR/AEGD training ideal
- Broad scope of General Dentistry procedures including ENDO and surgical extractions
- Ethical patient-centric provider
