Responsibilities

• Administer local anesthesia and manage patient comfort and pain control
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment options
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in electronic dental records
• Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and front office staff for coordinated care
• Ensure strict adherence to infection control, sterilization, and safety protocols
• Communicate clearly and compassionately to build trust and long-term relationships
• Participate in case discussions, quality initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts
