Dental Front Desk and Treatment Coordinator Hybrid

Mor Smiles in Lititz, PA is looking for a motivated and personable Dental Front Desk & Treatment Coordinator to join their growing team! • Greet and check in patients, managing front desk operations with a warm and professional demeanor
• Schedule appointments, confirm visits, and manage the daily patient flow
• Present treatment plans to patients, clearly explaining procedures, costs, and financing options
• Verify dental insurance benefits, process claims, and handle billing inquiries
• Collect and post patient payments, including co-pays and outstanding balances
• Maintain accurate patient records and update demographic and insurance information in practice management software
• Follow up with patients on pending treatment plans to encourage case acceptance
• Coordinate with clinical team to ensure seamless patient experience from check-in to checkout

• Prior dental front desk or treatment coordinator experience strongly preferred
• Prior experience with Dentrix software strongly preferred
• Familiarity with dental practice management software (Dentrix, or similar)
• Knowledge of dental insurance verification, billing, and claims processing
• Strong communication and patient relations skills
• Ability to present and explain treatment plans with confidence and empathy
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a patient-first mindset
