Children's Dental Specialist & Adult Dentistry is seeking a motivated and experienced Office Manager to lead the daily operations of our busy, patient-focused practice in Warrington, PA. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong leader who enjoys building high-performing teams, improving office efficiency, and creating exceptional patient experiences. Our practice serves both pediatric and adult patients, offering a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.

What You'll DoAs our Office Manager, you will oversee the administrative and operational functions of the practice while supporting a positive culture for both patients and team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the dental practice to ensure efficiency and exceptional patient care
- Lead, coach, and develop administrative and clinical support team members
- Monitor and improve scheduling, patient flow, and treatment acceptance
- Oversee insurance verification, claims processing, aging reports, and patient collections
- Present treatment plans and discuss financial arrangements with patients
- Track office performance metrics and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Support hiring, onboarding, training, and staff development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with office policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with providers to achieve practice goals and maintain a positive patient experience
- Assist with community outreach, patient engagement, and marketing efforts
Required
- Prior dental office management experience or strong dental administrative leadership experience
- Knowledge of dental insurance, claims processing, aging reports, and patient collections
- Experience in presenting treatment plans and discussing financial options with patients
- Strong scheduling and treatment coordination abilities
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyze practice performance and implement operational improvements
- Experience using dental practice management software
Preferred
- Pediatric dentistry and/or orthodontic experience
- Experience with marketing and community outreach initiatives
- Proficiency with Curve Hero software
Recent graduates with relevant leadership potential and dental administrative experience are encouraged to apply.
Compensation: Starting at $65,000 annually, based on experience
