Lead Orthodontic Assistant

Freedom Dental Health and Keystone Orthodontics are looking for a Clinical Lead Orthodontic Assistant who is ready to make an impact. We create beautiful smiles, build lasting relationships, and truly change lives.

This role will serve both our Maryland and Pennsylvania locations, so flexibility and travel between offices are a must. This is a role for a leader. Someone who thrives at the chair, mentors others with ease, and keeps the clinical flow running smoothly. The right candidate will hold an MD or PA License, Xray Certification, and a current EFDA license or Certified Orthodontic Assistant.

We need a pro who is ready to elevate our practice and their career.

Candidates must be MD or PA Licensed and Xray Certified. Candidates without minimum experience need not apply!

• Sterilizing and disinfecting instruments
• Taking diagnostic records and itero scanning
• Assisting the Orthodontist during orthodontic procedures
• Independently carrying out prescribed treatment
• Building relationships with patients while providing education regarding their treatment.
• Facilitating communication between the Orthodontist and patient

• Excellent customer service skills
• Creativity and problem-solving ability
• Established chair side manners.
• Adaptable and able to work in fast-paced environments.
• Prior orthodontic experience is required.
• Maryland or Pennsylvania Radiology certified.
