Job Title:
Designer
A Draftsperson III is a skilled professional with a minimum of an Associate’s degree in a related field and at least five years of experience in the architectural field. This position is responsible for producing and maintaining architectural drawings in an electronic format, primarily using Revit. The role involves close collaboration with the Project Architect, translating conceptual sketches and design intent into precise, detailed digital drawings.
Responsibilities- Produce and maintain architectural drawings using Revit.
- Translate conceptual sketches and design intent into digital drawings.
- Revise drawings as needed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Research architectural materials.
- Maintain, organize, and update the architectural product and sample libraries.
- Coordinate with product representatives.
- Prepare and distribute drawings and materials.
- Deliver or mail documents to clients, consultants, and government agencies.
- Provide comprehensive support to the Project Architect and Project Manager across all project phases.
- Minimum of five years of professional experience in the architectural field.
- Proficiency in Revit with at least three years of experience.
- Experience in architectural design and construction drawings.
- Knowledge of construction documents and construction administration.
Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Associate’s degree in a related field.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of York, PA.
Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $40.00/hr.
