Our client is seeking a talented and passionate interior designer to join our Seattle team. This person will work in close collaboration with architects, interior designers, contractors, and clients to design and document a variety of healthcare project types in all phases from programming through construction administration. • Manage multiple healthcare projects with a strong emphasis on client satisfaction
• Develop design direction to determine project requirements for scope, schedule, budget, specifications, materials, and more
• Coordinate interior architecture with internal team members, consultants, clients, and key project personnel to ensure project success
• Interface with clients, consultants, end users, and contractors to deliver successful projects, including:
  • Develop project documentation in Revit
  • Perform construction administration duties
  • Prepare and present interior finish schemes to internal team members and clients
  • Manage FF&E specifications, procurement tasks, and project budgets
• Self‑motivated and able to solve problems independently

• Bachelor’s degree in interior design or interior architecture
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in interior design
• NCIDQ certification
• Portfolio demonstrating excellence in design thinking
• Highly proficient in Revit
• Skilled in Sketch Up and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
• Experience managing FF&E specifications and procurement
• Experience developing and managing budgets
• Ability to effectively communicate issues and concerns to stakeholders, vendors, and project team members
• Passion for patient‑centered and evidence‑based design strategies

• Healthcare project experience
• Project management experience

• Ability to operate a keyboard, mouse, and phone; perform repetitive motion; write and take notes; read and analyze written material
• Ability to sit for long periods; stand, reach, bend, lift up to thirty pounds
• Ability to express or exchange ideas to convey information accurately and quickly to stakeholders

$85,000 - $120,000 per year
