Full time on site position in Coraopolis, PA.

The Assistant Designer supports the Design team in developing the seasonal product line. The role is multi‑faceted, assisting with design research, administrative tasks, and operational coordination under the supervision of a Designer or Senior Designer.

• Administer and follow up on product design processes, including preparation of technical packages and presentation boards.
• Understand and apply PDM processes and maintain email correspondence.
• Communicate with Associate Designers to ensure updates are reflected in BOMs and tech packs.
• Manage PLM information and input design‑oriented data.
• Participate in fittings, take detailed notes, and follow up as needed.
• Prepare and assist with all critical design meetings, building/updating seasonal product/trend/color boards, CADs, and design sketch boards.
• Coordinate sample development and follow through with vendors.
• Execute the lab dip process.

• Conduct research to support seasonal strategy, including trend analysis from style blogs, magazines, aspirational brands, and online influencers.
• Perform online, in‑store, and retail market research to gather trend insights.
• Assist in shopping designer and retailer markets for new and innovative ideas.
• Research raw materials, fabrics, and trims.

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Merchandising, or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience, including internship or prior involvement in the design development process.
