An award-winning architecture and planning firm is seeking a Lead Architect with significant healthcare project experience to lead the planning, design, and delivery of complex medical, hospital, outpatient, and healthcare facility projects. This is an outstanding opportunity to work with a collaborative team on projects that improve patient care and community health.

• Lead healthcare projects through all phases of design and construction.
• Manage client relationships with healthcare systems, hospitals, and medical providers.
• Oversee project teams, schedules, budgets, and quality control.
• Coordinate with engineering consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
• Mentor architects and designers while ensuring technical excellence.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare codes, FGI Guidelines, and applicable building regulations.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Registered Architect (RA) license required.
• 10+ years of architectural experience with a strong background in healthcare design
  .
• Experience leading hospital, medical office, outpatient, ambulatory care, or other healthcare facility projects.
• Proficiency in Revit and construction documentation.
• Excellent leadership, client management, and communication skills.
