Lead the conceptualization and development of urban design and master planning projects, creating sustainable, context-sensitive urban environments while ensuring regulatory compliance and multidisciplinary coordination.
Key Responsibilities- Lead urban design strategies, master plans, and development frameworks.
- Develop land-use plans, zoning layouts, streetscape and public realm strategies.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (architecture, landscape, infrastructure, transportation, MEP).
- Oversee drawings, diagrams, 3D visualizations, and design presentations.
- Engage with clients, authorities, and stakeholders, support approvals and submissions.
- Mentor junior planners and designers; maintain high-quality standards.
- Bachelor's or master's in urban design, Urban Planning, Architecture, or related field.
- 8-12 years of experience in urban design or master planning, preferably mixed-use developments.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Adobe Suite, Sketch Up, Rhino, GIS, and 3D visualization tools.
- Strong understanding of sustainable planning, zoning, and land-use policy.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
- Experience with authority submissions in the UAE is a plus.
