• Attend kick-off meetings with sales, estimating & drafting.
• Acquire all required samples for submittal.
• Attend required site meetings.
• Research hardware and appliances specifications.
• Gather all required field dimensions and information to keep the job on schedule.
• Review field dimensions with drafting.
• Identify special, unique items or situations.
• Ability to work on multiple jobs simultaneously to meet needs.
• Communicate with site superintendent and contractor's project manager.
• Assist the Office Manager with monthly billing.
• Provide closeout documents at the end of the job.

• 5 years experience in both commercial and residential millwork.
• Ability to read and understand shop drawings and architectural drawings.
• Must be able to perform field measures and access site conditions.
• Knowledge of AWI standards.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience working with custom cabinetry lines.
