- Design and develop innovative and functional architectural projects aligned with client needs
- Lead architectural deliverables including conceptual designs, presentations, schematic design, design development, construction documents, and production
- Collaborate with engineers and other professionals to complete projects successfully, on time, and within budget
- Perform construction administration activities, including responding to RFIs, reviewing submittals, preparing field observation reports, and creating punch lists
- Travel to various client meetings and events, with possible overnight travel
- Grow TRC Worldwide's parking discipline practice on the East Coast
- Licensed Architect (RA)
- Professional architecture degree from an accredited program
- 10+ years of experience in parking design, layout, and site planning
- Extensive knowledge of building codes and construction detailing
- Proficiency using REVIT, AutoCAD, Sketch Up, static and immersive visualization tools, Bluebeam Revu, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to travel to client meetings and events, including possible overnight travel
Demonstrates expertise in architectural design and project management, with a strong focus on parking design, layout, and site planning. Proficient in utilizing industry-standard software tools to deliver high-quality architectural deliverables while ensuring compliance with building codes.
