BIM Manager

A growing AEC consulting firm in the Philadelphia suburbs is seeking an experienced BIM Specialist to join their team. This is a great opportunity for a Revit/BIM professional with 6+ years of architectural or engineering experience who enjoys improving workflows, developing standards, and supporting project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead BIM/Revit standards and workflow improvements across the organization
• Support project startup, model setup, and documentation strategies
• Perform clash detection and coordinate model conflicts across disciplines
• Manage templates, content libraries, and BIM standards
• Train and support project teams on BIM best practices
• Troubleshoot complex Revit/BIM issues and improve project efficiency

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in architecture, engineering, or AEC design environments
• Advanced proficiency with Revit and BIM workflows
• Experience developing BIM standards and supporting multi-discipline projects
• Dynamo, Python, and BIM automation experience is a plus
