Pinnacle Wound Management is currently seeking a wound specialist to join our network. We welcome surgeons and physicians with all specialtybackgrounds. Our partnered specialist visits the patient at the nursing home and develops a comprehensive plan of care with the nursing staff.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Travel to eachassigned nursing facility, weekly
- Assess patient and make recommendations on plan of care
- Work closely with nursing staff and facility administration
- Utilize facilityformulary and follow facility protocols
- Document patientencounter in our EHR to ensure timely reporting
- Discusstreatments and goals with PCP and family members
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No nights
- No on-call
- Unrestricted Medical License in state of practice
- DEA
- Must pass stateand federal background checks
