St. Lukes University Health Network is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Medical Oncologist interested in building a long-term, community-based practice at our Monroe Campus in the Poconos.
This role is designed for a physician who values continuity of care, strong relationships with patients and referring providers, and a sustainable practice modelsupported by a broad oncology network rather than practiced in isolation.

This opportunity at our Monroe Campus is an invitation to serve as a clinical cornerstone and local leader in that transformation: to build a modern, sustainable oncology practice rooted in relationships, supported by an integrated system, and designed for long-term impactfor patients, physicians, and the community alike.
The Practice:
- This is a true team-based oncology practice, not a solo model
- Strong APP support, allowing physicians to focus on complex decision-making and patient care
- Close collaboration with established medical oncologists across the St. Lukes Cancer Network, enabling a balanced and sustainable shared call structure
- Comprehensive multidisciplinary support including oncology nurses, navigators, pharmacists, social workers, financial counselors, and research staff
- Fully integrated EPIC EMR, including Ambient AI documentation and clinical decision-support tools to meaningfully reduce clerical burden
Professional Environment:
- Commission on Cancer (CoC)-accredited Cancer Center
- Optional involvement in teaching, clinical research, and quality initiatives
- Faculty appointment available at the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University, tailored to interest (no academic pressure)
