Shift: Day shifts and call shifts, Monday-Friday (9 hours/day) Call:
Full-time, one week on/one week off (Monday 7a-Monday 7a) Support Staff: 2 Advanced Practitioners and seasoned clinic staff Coverage Needed:
The goal is to achieve a 1:4 call schedule. However, due to FMLA, change in FTE status, etc., the locums provider may need to cover 2 weeks in the month of call. Patients per Day:
Office - 20-25 per day depending on acuity Procedures: 10-12 endoscopy/colonoscopy procedures when assigned to outpatient procedures. There is a significant backlog of patients waiting for procedures. The community is loyal and seeks care with our practice. Patient Population/Age: 18+ EMR: EPIC (inpatient and outpatient), went live December 5, 2022

Skills Required:

Proficiency in Provation for endoscopy procedures. No EUS or ERCP procedures are performed at this organization. If a patient requires these procedures, they will be transferred to the appropriate facility. Practice Setting:
Clinic and practice Requirements:
Board Certification in Gastroenterology Active PA license is a must Minimum of 1-2 years of experience. Will provide training support, but seeking a candidate ready to hit the ground running. No restrictive covenant that would prevent work at our organization Additional Information:
