Location: Criders Corners
Job Overview
Facility seeking a Daytime Board‑Certified Hospitalist to join a collegial team of 23 physicians and 14 APPs.
- Work schedule:
7 days on, 7 days off; rotating early and late days; nights covered by nocturnists. - Clinical setting: census averages 16–18 adult inpatients/day; ICU covered by Intensivist Service; no OB or pediatrics; no procedures required; code response covered by residents; consulting physicians in nearly all specialties.
- Compensation: competitive salary based on 175 shifts per year with additional income for extra shifts; annual quality incentive program; $50,000 sign‑on bonus; retention incentive after 2 years and with contract renewal.
- Benefits: 7 days PTO per year; generous CME stipend; robust benefits with employer‑matched retirement; relocation allowance.
- Requirements: PA license; ABIM/AOBIM/ABFM Board Certification; BLS; ACLS; H‑VISA acceptable.
