COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Family Medicine (FM)
- $260,000 Base
- $20,000 Sign-On Bonus
- $10,000 Relocation
- Loan Repayment
- $3,500 CME Allowance
- Health, Malpractice, Retirement up to 6% match, PTO (256 hours PTO)
- FM Residency Program Director
- 60% Clinical 40% Admin
- 4/10 Schedule
- Outpatient
- 1:9 Call – Phone Call only
- 2 Patients per Clinical hour
- MD/DO
- Must be Board Certified
- Licensed or must acquire PA license
- Leadership and training experience
- Short drive to Scranton, PA
- 1 hour drive to the Poconos Mountains
- Weekend Getaway to NYC
