Are you a motivated and experienced Orthopaedic Surgeon seeking a locum tenens opportunity to provide exceptional surgical care in a dynamic outpatient and inpatient setting? We're seeking a qualified physician to join our team and ensure high-quality surgical services for patients undergoing total joint replacements.

What You'll Do:

• Perform surgical procedures for a variety of orthopaedic conditions, primarily focusing on total joint replacements (knees and hips) in an operating room setting.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans for patients before, during, and after surgery.
• Conduct preoperative evaluations, order diagnostic tests, and manage postoperative care.
• Maintain meticulous documentation within the Epic electronic medical record system.
• Foster a positive and professional work environment.

Qualifications:

• Active medical license in the state of Pennsylvania (PA only).
• Board-certified or board-eligible with the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery (preferred).
• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Successful completion of an accredited Orthopaedic Surgery residency program.
• Minimum of 10 days for credentialing.
• Strong clinical skills and a comprehensive knowledge base in Orthopaedic Surgery.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Prior experience performing total joint replacements a plus.

  ASAP - Ongoing (minimum 2-month commitment preferred)
• Coverage includes major holidays (4th of July, Thanksgiving, etc.) with no call responsibilities.
• Temporary privileges may be available for qualified out-of-state candidates.
