Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Pager Call 5:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Clinical Responsibilities
✔️ Evaluate and manage leukemia, lymphoma, and malignant hematology patients
✔️ Develop and implement treatment plans
✔️ Monitor chemotherapy and systemic therapy
✔️ Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams
✔️ Provide urgent care and respond to pager calls

Requirements
✔️ MD or DO – Board Certified in Hematology
✔️ Active Pennsylvania Medical License
✔️ BLS & ACLS Certification
✔️ DEA Registration
✔️ Minimum credentialing timeframe: 60+ days
